Landed made it way easier for us to grasp the home buying journey and provided a solid list of realtors to pick from. That’s how we found our realtor, Jen. She really went the extra mile for us right from the start, and we feel super fortunate to have teamed up with her.

I reached out to Landed nearly three weeks ago on September 27. I sent in all my documents right away and was informed that I didn’t need to submit anything else. They told me my estimated down payment would be 27k, and I was on board to proceed. But then... crickets for a week. I kept sending emails, but only got replies from the assistant who couldn’t really help. Eventually, the branch president stepped in and suggested that if I did a credit rescore, I might snag a better rate. Awesome! I got that sorted and waited to hear back by the following Monday. Finally, the score comes in, and guess what? It went up! But then I receive an email saying I need to resubmit all my documents because they had expired. What the heck? A couple of hours later, I opened the new closing costs document, and my down payment shot up by 15k, now totaling 43k. Seriously? I asked why this happened. They didn’t lock in the initial rate. I inquired why no one took care of that, and the response was simply, 'I don’t know.' I felt completely mishandled by this company. I wasted three weeks of my life dealing with them.

This is an incredible chance for folks looking to buy in the neighborhoods they work in but might not have the means otherwise. With our realtor's assistance, we found a stunning home, and the landing team was just fantastic. We did hit a small snag with the financing department, which caused a bit of confusion regarding the paperwork needed to finalize the loan. Aside from that, everything went off without a hitch. I’ll surely suggest this program to anyone who can take advantage of it.
